Cannons Primary Musicians shine at Eisteddfod

Cannons Creek Independent Primary School submitted 10 of its pupils to take part in the individual instrument section of the Tygerberg International Eisteddfod, where the adjudication took place at various local schools 4-23 August 2025. The pupils were entered in the following sections: Piano, Recorder, Violin, and Vocal; and all achieved above Merit (75%). “I’m incredibly proud of every musician who participated in the Tygerberg International Eisteddfod! It was truly wonderful to see them all shine on stage and share their talents with a broader community. Their hard work and dedication were evident in every performance,” said Ms Gail Levitt (Head of Primary School Music).
