Cannons Creek Primary School, led by the Outreach team, proudly supports Hatch.
Hatch is a non-profit organisation that provides starter kits for new moms from underprivileged areas, giving them and their babies some of the basic essentials for those first few weeks that most people take for granted.
The organisation is looking for donations of the following:
*Blankets
*Baby grows
*Vests
*Hats
*Socks
*Nappies
*Cotton wool
*Wipes
*Baby soap
*Aqueous cream
*Soft toys
*Sanitary pads for mom
