Congratulations to four Cannons pupils (Thayer Ramlal, Ubayd Latief, Atiya Kaplen and Adam Parkar) who achieved Top 20 finalist status in their respective age categories for the SA Maths Olympiad. This qualifies them to write the Vietnam International Applied Mathematics Challenge (VIAMC) on Saturday 22 November.
Success in this paper could see them winging their way to Vietnam to take part in the final from 5-8 March next year. Holding thumbs!
