Congratulations to three Cannons Creek pupils (and ballet students!) who recently participated in the Move! Regional and Nationals Dance Competition. Isla Rockhill (Grade 2) and Michaela Goldstein (Grade 3) achieved first place Gold in the Regionals, with their Junior ballet group ‘Dancing in the Rain’. They then went on to participate in the National competition where they won an impressive 2nd place, competing against 10 groups, some much older than theirs. Molly de Witt (Grade 9) won the 13-14 yr Gold in the Regionals and went on to win the 13-14 Gold Nationals as well.
