24 February 2023 saw a host of tents being set up on the school field, as Cannons Creek Primary School families prepared for a night of camping at the annual Cannons Creek Camp Out! While braaiing, families enjoyed time to chat and socialise. Pupils were entertained with ‘Games Galore’ by the Sports Department and Grade 6s. Glow sticks, bubbles and ice lollies were added treats for the children. The evening settled down with a spectacular sunset. Another successful event, with family time well spent.
Some highlights from the pupils were: “Having fun and chilling with my friends”, and “The sports activities were super fun!”
