This time last week, our Grade 10 Geography class went on an excursion to Paarl Rock to have a closer look at the exposed granite dome and to revise the map work taught in previous years. They began at the Taal Monument and trig beacon; measured the Victoria dam wall to check the accuracy of the Topographic map and climbed to the top of Gordon’s rock to enjoy the view.
