Cannons Independent School recently held its Orientation programme for the new pupils at Cannons Creek, and some of the other students enjoyed their first day back at school. There was much chatter and laughter to be heard on the campus. The new High School pupils were given a crash-course on using their Chromebooks, and an introduction to the Google suite. All pupils were reminded of COVID-19 protocols.
The school embarks upon Online Teaching from 25 January, supporting the Department of Education’s directive, as a means to protect the country from further COVID-19 spreading. Cannons Creek hopes to return to face-to-face teaching by 15 February.
