Cannons Creek Independent School hosted its annual Carnival on Saturday 28 October. Families from the greater community joined for a fun-filled day where children were delighted at the various offerings – pony rides, petting zoo, a Magic Show (featuring Olwethu Dyantyi), a wide selection of rides, and so much more! This year an Arts and Crafts Zone was introduced for the youngest patrons, and Lawn Games were on offer for the whole family’s amusement.
A firm favourite at this event was the Kaskar Go-Karting event where classes dressed up and raced against one another, and the clock. The adults too were entertained by the market stall offerings, Marimba band performances, and the food and drink options available.
